Could've been honest instead of lying about shipping it out when you didn't, would've understood your "excuse". I paid for shipment via usps large flat rate box, a medium flat rate box was used, no acknowledgement of price difference, could've at least said something about it, did not really care otherwise, it's $5. Had to open a dispute on paypal just to get a tracking number since communication was subpar after money was sent. Overall, very unprofessional, and would think twice when dealing with again.
