I want to inform members on the forum of how Chue Lee wasted my time in an unsuccessful transaction so others can avoid trouble. I was parting out an FD engine and he reached out about 2 housings and a middle iron. After pictures were sent and a dozen pms and emails replied to he sent paypal. The housings and middle iron were in like new condition from a reman and since the items were so expensive I wanted to package them correctly. I decided I'd go to the hardware store and buy hardware to bolt the engine pieces together for safety in shipping. 3 days after purchase without notice he asks for tracking number. I reply right away and let him know I was planning on shipping asap but did not want the items damaged in shipping and had to go to the hardware store first after work asap to ship properly. He had never mentioned he needed the items shipped within a day or two max. Out of the blue he then files a paypal claim to tie up my account. He wrote me in a message that he "decided to go another route since I hadn't shipped yet." I can understand if someone takes a week or two or a month to ship or is unresponsive or doesn't have good feedback on forum. But this member was unreasonable, wasted my time and was disrespectful in our exchanges.
I have been a member for 15 years, having 7 FDs and this was the worse person I've dealt with. I am writing my experience so the truth be out to other members even though it means I'll likely get a first negative feedback in return.

this seller is a scammer, after 1 whole week of payment sent of $800. I was worried if I was going to get my item. I message seller and then he said he was going to get it package. he never sent item. come on $800? and you wanna take your time to send someone something that cost so much without notifying? u should have clearly stated that handling time will take 1 week.

Still claiming I'm a scammer when I as the seller initiated this negative feedback to his account, knowing full well he would reply with a negative feedback for my account, because I wanted to warn others to avoid this member and the trouble and hassle he caused me.

I've been on the forum and eBay for 15 years with no negative feedback and have 1000 positive feedback on eBay. It's simple, the buyer backed out and changed his mind on the purchase. Shipping half of an engine is not a quick thing and 3-4 days is not unreasonable to ship. I am not a business where you can change your mind because you "decided to go another route" as you wrote.
This member never mentioned upfront he needs same day shipping and never reached out. He tied up my paypal account with a paypal claim as I'm sure all of us are aware of the hassle that causes for weeks. Unreasonable and rude member that we don't need on this forum. No further reply from me, I hope others will see this before interacting with this member.

I never knew as a buyer that I can't ask for refund? to let other buyer know in future, don't buy from this guy. he a person without any integrity for business. he won't refund your money. he thinks once u pay him, it's his money. even though, he hasn't shipped your items yet. just beware when dealing with this guy. he acts like he is the only veteran around here. I've dealt with many transaction here and mostly on eBay. I've never dealt with a seller who won't refund my money. please beware next buyers.
