Mike is very responsive throughout the process. He is very understanding of the progress (while I worked on the bulky, large-volume package).
We had good communications from the start. I did not expect payment until the package was 100% ready to go.
Mike is engaged all the way through. He even gave me the update when the shipment arrived!
Mike - Send me some pictures when you get the widebody painted and mounted! Can't wait to see how it turns out!
