Purchased HWL lights from him. The lights themselves where completely rusted which he failed to mention. He saran wrapped the lights together and threw them in a box with zero packaging...because of the lack of packaging thw brackets to the lights where all bent. I will be trying to get my money back and buying from somewhere else.
