The Haltech E6X he purchased was working perfectly fine without issue when it was removed from my car. He told me that he & his installer had already went through 3 other Haltech's that all came up non working which sounded fishy, but I assured him that mine was definitely a good Haltech as it was off my personal car, worked great when removed and had just been wrapped up and stored in its box since. He was happy & said he would definitely have his installer test and install it within a few days. I didnt hear from him until a couple months later. He texts me saying his installer said its busted & he wanted me to pay for half the repair costs. I talked to his installer and he was asking more questions about how to install it than about it not working & sounded like he didnt know what in the hell he was doing. He said he was going to send it in for repair. I spoke to the buyer and told him his installer sounded like he didnt know what in the hell he was doing & I would not pay for half the repair costs when I knew the ecu to be working when he received it. The Haltech was a without question a 100% known good ecu.
