Buyer bought turbo setup without asking questions, 2.5 months later wants refund

60-1BB turbo setup. Small knicks on turbine wheel but was running and boosting great when removed. Comes with manifold, lines, DP, WG etc. $1300 shipped.
After looking to purchase A-spec setup worth nearly double, buyer offered $1200 to ship above setup. I had not posted pictures and buyer requested no additional information on setup. I shipped as requested. Buyer then posted manifold, WG and downpipe forsale. After 2.5 months of having the setup he requested that I split cost of providing perfect fit on downpipe or refund money.
While in the middle of conversing, he posted negative feeback saying that I refused to work with him.
