Bought the car a little over a year ago(january 2012) with said "streetported, rebuilt engine, with receipt". Everything seemed fine for a few months, until I started seeing noticing things that just didn't add up. I held off on posting this review for good reason. I gave this guy the benefit of the doubt, and didn't want to submit bad feedback until I was 100% sure he was lying.
So a few more months later the motor fails(Stuck seals, not typical of a motor with 25,000 miles on it) A couple weeks after I swapped it out, I sold it to another forum member -TurboDave... Who then got in contact with me, with visual proof that the motor was NOT rebuilt, and was in fact COMEPLETELY stock.
I still have the receipt he gave me along with a bunch of other receipts that are probably bullshit.
Basically, NOT good business. Shame on you man. Not that it matters anymore, but I saved up at my part time, minimum wage job for 6 months to buy this car SOLELY for the fact that it was the only one in my area, in my price range, with a REBUILT motor.
