Bought a PFC from him, shipped to Canada, that took a bit longer to arrive than initially thought. However he provided both tracking and insurance numbers which allowed me to easily find it. He was also very knowledgeable about where to get help with using the PFC. Definitely went above and beyond. Great seller.
