How do I dispute this? I am in Canada and the customer is in Australia (or New Zealand...now I forget...). He requested ground service, since it was the cheapest, and was told that it would take over a month. It took a couple months (due to customs the ETA was longer than expected, which the post office told me would happen). And now that he has received the item, I'm still left with a bad iTrader rating (I have the tracking to prove it). I did my part as the buyer, and sent out the part in a timely manner, delays are not my fault.
