Transaction didn't go as planned but Stefan was a gentleman about it and offered me a refund. Even offered to reimburse me shipping! A true gentleman! It's easy to be a good seller when things go right but much harder when things go bad and Stefan stepped up in spades. He's as honest and honorable as they get.
