Installation Narrative:

Small round piece slips inside the shifter well over the nub. This is what raises the geometry of the short shifter to get you the shorter shift throws.

Large piece sits on top of the small piece with the spring washer under the white insert (lower bushing) on the bottom.

Slide dark colored bushing to on top of the shifter ball. Slide the replacement inner boot over the shaft of the shifter to on top of the bushing. I'd spray a little soap (windex?) over the shaft to lubricate before sliding the inner boot down so you dont'tear it.

Slide the shifter ball channel over the large piece notch while lining up the notch on the dark pushing with that same notch.

Line up the holes and tighten the three 10mm nuts. Be careful not to over tighten as your twisting against relatively soft aluminum. You strip one of the holes and you'll have tranny fluid forever leaking.
