Rob aka eklips3 had purchased a matching pair of Turbo II S4 mirrors from me. During shipping the item was damaged when it was shipped from California to his location in Canada. It was a total loss for both of us, but none the less Rob was totally cool with everything, a full refund was issued on October 31st, 2011 back to him in the originally amount the transaction was for which included the my asking price for the mirrors as listed on my thread and shipping, all in all both parties ended on a good note, with no harsh words or negative comments made to one another.
None the less, eklips or Rob is a great forum member, did not jump off the handle when he had received his item damaged, and we were able to work the issue like to grown adults very quickly. With all this said I would be more than happy to do business with eklips3 in the future if he ever so chooses to buy from me again.

- Showed and demonstrated awesome consistent communication through out the whole ordeal
- Responded to all my pm's and emails in a super fast timely manner, which is always a plus when selling or buying
- Showed no disrespect during the whole process, and was very understanding, and patient.
- Is a very stand up honest person to deal with, with excellent communication skills which is a plus when h/she is buying on any forum, or internet transaction.
