An item was sold to this member, which turned out not to be in working order.
- A partial refund was given back for the damaged item as agreed by phone On September 29th 2011 and the damaged item would be shipped back to me.
- A tracking number was provided by the buyer
- Communication was kept via pm and by phone
- I received the item and a refund was issued for the return shipping of the item on October 11 2011
