i bought a frame from this guy and I made a mistake due to a miscommunication on my part, asked him for a refund for the item and is charging me a restocking fee of 20%?!?! for a private sale none the less, plus shipping here and shipping it back. at the end of the day i'd only get $30 out of the $95 i spent. i run a business with online sales and customer interactions..... I dont even charge a "restocking fee" those who do clearly says something about their business and their good business ethnics.
gave me a whole run around about him wasting a $5 roll of tape, making a box ( which by the way looked like a 5 year old made ) and taking it to ups. seriously.... cry me a river, thats what your suppose to do when you make a sale online
