Bought a used Saratoga sunroof (complete assembly) from Otay. He shipped it super quick, but it ended up getting damaged by UPS, and they did not do a very good job communicating with Otay or myself about the damage claim.
Otay on the other was very good about keeping me updated about the status, and any changes. I would totally do business with this guy again.
