Buyer needed headlight switch for an S5 'Vert. Sent one from an '89 not realizing the 90/91 models with airbags were different.
Buyer realized problem after switch was received and promptly notified me. Buyer returned switch and I sent check for full refund.
Great communication and couldn't asked for a better experience for a "bad" buy. =)
