Hi guys! newbie here from O.C. California, I joined the forum to gain info and learn about rx7. I currently own a miata that I'm planning to trade for a 87 turbo 2. any tips and suggestion? what should I be looking for in terms of any mechanical problems.

welcome! and you might not get too many answers here cause this is the newb section where low post count people can post in. i say build up more posts and start browsing around elsewhere. i hate the way this forum works but pretty usefull cause theres a lot of old school guys on here.

Hey man, I'm from SoCal as well and I'd love to get into a rotary. Sadly, the bulk of information in this forum is restricted to new members. Oh well, I guess post count is the internet's street cred. Good luck to you.

like 5spdftw said alot of information are restricted to new member, but alot of information are still available. suggestion i gather from this forum is that rx7 is maintenance heavy and sensitive, so take good care of it and a fine good motor.
