Hello everybody. Decided to make a new member intro thread. Names Tim. I just bought a 1989 fc convertible for my brother. I got the car through a friend for $500. Its been sitting in his garage for 3 years.It runs and drives. Just has a few issues. I'm new to rotaries so I figured i'd join and see whats up with them.

The car is white with a black top. NA 5 speed.It has 119k miles. I'm a mechanic so I figure it can't be that hard to fix it up. The car runs pretty good doesnt smoke or anything. It needs a new exhuast system,belts,plugs etc. We are looking at getting a header and a high flow cat for it with 2.5" pipe to a single exit muffler.

I myself am into Honda's, VDubs and Chevy's. I own a 96 accord swapped with nitrous with a turbo build going. My dd is an auto 91 integra. I also have a built 86 Z28 camaro that I play with.

Hope to learn a lot on here to get this FC off to a good start. Here is a pic of it after I picked the car up today and washed it.Thanks for the welcome.
