I came back to the site after 20 years away. Turns out I can't PM people. I looked through the rules (I scrolled forever) and didnt see any restrictions. Looking for some modified Nikki stuff and would like to PM a member.

Anyone know why I can't? Not enough recent posts?

I've run into this problem before, it's seemed it just wasn't an option-associated to the member(s) account whom I was trying to PM. Don't know the reason. I'd suggest re posting the question in the Website-related Comments Suggestions and Issues section. Maybe a moderator can help you.
