which wing?

I'm trying to pick a wing, but not sure which one I want.
Racing Beat Type II:

or 96-98 J Spec

oh byt the way my car is red also

Mahjik 05-02-04 05:18 PM

That's the Racing Beat Type II wing. The Type I looks closer to the stock R1 rear wing.

MR_Rick 05-02-04 05:25 PM

oh yeah, that's right, thanx

Spud_R1 05-02-04 05:47 PM

Definately Racing Beat Type II...my personal favorite.

Sparkey 05-02-04 06:57 PM

neither go with the feed one its the best but of those two go with racing beat looks better

rybrx7 05-02-04 07:09 PM

^^^^ im with the feed one

but out of the two, racing beat :)

Scrapiron7 05-02-04 07:31 PM

Racing Beat Type II for sure. Definitely my personal favorite. Here it is in red on my FD:

Quickfini 05-02-04 09:09 PM

RB type 2, but I'm biased. :)

travisorus rex 05-02-04 09:35 PM

I saw a type 1 the other day and I hated it. It looks so wierd how big it is and the name "Racing Beat" is imprinted into it. Go for the 96-98 jspec one.

yeah I love the feed one but I don't want to spend that amount of cash on a wing.

Sparkey 05-03-04 12:07 AM

The feed is a bit pricey but its worth it cause of the way it looks.

MR_Rick 05-04-04 12:35 AM

I need a tie breaker here, but I'm leaning toward the 96-98 spec

mazdaspeed00 05-04-04 01:07 AM

go with the 96-98 spec wing :)

Sparkey 05-04-04 01:54 AM

get a pic from the rear of the car so we can see how high the racing beat wing sticks up

gasnrx-7 05-05-04 10:02 PM

Racing Beat Type II, if you are going to do it, do it right the first time.

wow! Awesome!

RX7INSAC 05-11-04 07:30 PM

It depends on what other exterior parts you have added to your car. For a stock fd I like the 96-98 wing. I see less of that wing out there and it looks different. Both nice but I would choose the 99 spec before the racing beat.

Ingraham 05-12-04 09:43 AM

Well not one of the choices but I would pick the feed wing as well.

oktay400 05-12-04 03:56 PM

I am looking for a wing to put on my 7, but i dont know which one, I just got my body kit, headlights, wheels, and am ready for my paint job, but i need a damn wing first. I want that top fuel wing, but the bastards don't sell it. It it such a hard decision ahhhhhhhhhhhhh!
