Rust...Rust...Rust

^I believe it is the time to take action, as this is starting to get worst day by day. Is it even possible to get this rust off?

How much will this cost on average at a local body shop?

^Not only that, my side is scraped(sigh, I don't feel like talking about what happened at the moment), how much will this cost to paint?

^ The driver side is still A-OK, but boy is the passenger side horrid.

That is a difficult spot to fix. You have a few options. It depends on proper you want to do it.

1. Replace the quarter, any competent body shop could perform this.
2. Cut it out weld and bend metal into place.
3. Coat it in por15 then wrap and reshape with fiber glass.

How much do you believe it will cost to replace the quarter and paint over the huge amount of scratches? Thanks for your response Iceblue.

That rusted area is a good as dead.
Bang it all out then spray some rust treatment to slow it down.
Other than that you gonna have to cut it and weld some piece to replace it just like IceBlue suggested.
If you don't know how to do that, .. body shop.

Lower then I expected.

I'm thinking of a new paintjob with the color white in mind. What is everyone's favorite white? I am thinking of something bright, maybe something like Toyota Super White II, or should I just paint it Crystal White again?

It sure is. When the winter season rolls by, I should have a beater by then.

So...any White recommendations? I was thinking among these lines...

Chaste White
Championship White
Premium White
Pearl White Blue
Toyota Super II White

Btw, pics are welcome!

Do you, or anyone here have pictures of any car with the white pearl blue paintjob? I personally haven't seen it myself, but just heard good things about the color.

A good local paint shop. Just use a good brand like Sikkens or House Of Kolor or Sherwin Williams or Speez. There is all economy lines of these brands but you want the high end brand.

This time around on my project FC I ended up spraying Sikkens and House of Kolor pearls. Last time I sprayed Sherwin Williams with a House of Kolor pastel.

Very happy with all of them.
