Well i had the same problem, because the deck does not bypass the amps. So what i did was take out all of the amps, and reuse the wire that they had in there. Then to hook up the deck up i used the existing wires, i bought a wire harness converter (15$) , which easily hooked the wires up into the back of my deck.

I don't think you can use the amps, regardless. And im guessing that your deck will be able to give out more power , becuase the factory speakers are only 10W.

I believe a aftermarket harness is available from Metra for you to incorporate your factory amps with an aftermarket head unit. However I would just do as Bigmike said. a good aftermarket head unit should put out just as much if not more power than the factory integrated amps.
