Need help with seat install (FD3S)

I'm installing the passenger side seat my car came with it un installed ,

and I CANNOT FIGURE OUT this Bolt ..

on the right side there is a bolt that extends a little further

THAT bolt I cant find .. I mean the 4 normal holes use M10 bolts , with 1.25 thread

those fit perfect .. BUT then we come to these in the back .. that just wont work ..

I've tried M10 1.5 , M10 1.25 both are loose in the hole , and then I've tried M12 1.5 , M12 1.25 and neither go in I'm at a loss I've never seen M11 bolts , but is that what it uses when I installed the driver side it had the bolt already in there so I didn't even take special note . I thought it'd be a regular bolt like all the onesi n the car ,

THIS IS HTE ONLY BOLT IN THE WHOLE CAR that i've had trouble with ..

if it is an M11 .. can anyone reccomend a good place to find one

Are the threads intact?

Could be stripped badly.

Bumping this thread up because I have a question and this picture is perfect.

What is that rod on the bottom of the photo for? Mine is completely loose and detached from the seat rail. It appears to be a reinforcement for the belt buckle, but wondering if there is an official name? The service manual is quiet on the subject.

The bolt is a SAE size. Something 20 thread. For some reason, that one bolt is not metric.

Google for seat belt bolt thread pitch. Seat belt bolts are a special thread pitch. I think it might actually be sae sized instead of metric.
Try swapping in a bolt from your seat belts to test that out.
