^ Yep, I have gone to all SpeedHut gauges and really like them, but they were a bit of work to install. Here is a shot of them - you can see I went with blue needles to modernize the setup:
When/if you go this route, note that you can ask for almost anything from SpeedHut and they will build it, including doing a 9,000 RPM tach versus the standard 8,000 one, as well as calibrating your fuel gauge for you in the factory and adding in a cruise control output wire if you still use cruise control. I also had them re-wire the odometer to illuminate with "ignition on" as the odo is difficult to see without the backlighting.
Regarding LEDs, note that the color of the LED is based on just a part of the light spectrum - or in the case of white, all colors blended together - which is why it is important to match the LED color to the lens color.
Those are gorgeous, I especially like the contrasting Tach. Helps to focus on what is important. I may have to write up a convincing proposal for the Boss on why she should get me a full set of speedhut gauges..
