The tail lights might be just the '99 spec with the cover over them. The headlights are def. a part of the Veilside kit.

This is the Veilside kit, just go to there site, at www.veilside.com/us, i think or search for them. It is the Fortune kit, it retails in JP, for $11000 or sumthin, crazy stuff. Hope this helps

afterseeing that kit in person. I actually liked the typical 99 spec FD's much better.
