At the bottom of the page is a drop down menu that says "Classic Next-Gen: Infinite Scroll"

Set it to "Classic Next-Gen"

If you have multiple tabs/pages open, this change only applies to the page you are on, so close the other tabs and reopen them.

Is there anyway to have infinite scroll without the related threads?

I did not know the answer, so I looked into it. The answer is no.

I personally keep it on "Classic NextGen"

Infinite scroll is stupid and only helps on a phone, IMO. The problem with a phone is that this forum has spam ads that redirect you to bullshit sites and lock you out, so I have to close and clear my browser. I could get an adblock for my phone, but I'm lazy.

Yea, I couldn't find anything either. I enjoy the infinite scroll tbh, makes navigating a bit easier.

It may just be my browser or my connection, but if I'm going through a long thread, it will sometimes show related thread at the bottom or a page, then jump around until the next page of the thread loads. This is why I turned of infinite scroll. It seemed convenient at first, but I couldn't handle how it was jumping around.

I'm glad this was asked. I find the new "feature" super annoying and miss the old quick reply box at the bottom. Thanks!

No pull down option at the bottom of the page when using Chrome on Android phone. The only way I see that option is to force the desktop version but when then the page doesn't work right on a tiny mobile screen. When I go back to the mobile version it reverts to showing [often un]related pages.

The forum is broken again. What do we need to do to make it work again? I don't need or want to see related (lol) threads.

Go into User CP > Edit Options where you will find the option to disable infinite scroll and related threads.

Unfortunately that doesn't work if you are using the site on an Android mobile device unless you switch to the desktop version of the site. In fact, these settings aren't even available in the mobile version of the site. I really wish there was a better solution.

How To Change Infinite Scroll & Related Thread Options with Pics

Hello Members!

This is a simple set of screen shots to help you enable/disable the options for Infinite Scroll and/or Related Threads.

Infinite Scroll will automatically load the next page of the current thread.*

3. Scroll down the Options Page until you see Infinite Scroll and Related Threads
4. Make your desired selection
5. Scroll down to the bottom of page then select Save Changes button
