NC Disable share on facebook by default

So i logged in via fb. I do not want to share everything I do on here on facebook. Is there a way to turn this off or do I have to uncheck the "Publish" box every time...

I went into Facebook and stopped the RX-7 Club from being able to access the account. Problem solved. It's not like I use Facebook a lot anyway. Drives all my younger friends crazy.

If you register and then log onto this website with the Facebook option, then everything you post goes onto the wall unless you change your settings in Facebook.
