running negative split in vac

I've been readin some topics on this and ran across a thread that said this couldn't be done (or would be hard to do...) with a Haltech. Can someone with experience drop some science for me?

Thanks

J

Hmmm, did you run 0 in your vac? I'm guessing at worst that it would be better than running anything positive for higher egts at idle
