Quick help with Haltech and idle situation

My car has been working fine all this time until recently when we wnt to the dyno and strapped it down the idle came down like if it was going to turn off. i would raise the idle and then in would run there for a bit and then do the same. i calibrate the throttle on the haltech and still no change. right now the car has to idle like at 1400rpm. if i back out the idle just a tad it drops in idle and does that up and down surging. lie a bad TPS. It has a brand new tps, so i would not think that was the problem.

check your decel on off settings, it shoudl eb over 1500 rpm, i find 1700 to work well in most cases. if you have the decel enabled and teh rpm si too low soemtiems it will try to die.
