need help with a haltech

hi guys just wondering what im looking at for getting the haltec to work properly if i do go threw with buying this car would i have to find some one or meet some one that is around that area or my area to tune it for me or is there a trouble shooting guide mabye i could obtain

If there are no technical issues, it should not take a competent tuner more than a couple of hours to tune that car on a dyno.

Tuning in my area is about $130 including dyno time and the tuner...

thanks alot now my new Q is should i be able to find a local tuner on the internet or should i just look in my phone book
