Does anyone have a clue as to what this map is about and how it is best set ?.

Don't qoute me on this but since no one responded:


I believe this fuction is used more on a setup where you may want to time the injector "opening time" with the cyclinder stroke for better timing with intake stroke. However this is just a guess.

 

Where are yours set ? ,I think mine are about 15deg. (BTDC).

 

I am not sure either and I have left that section alone. What Waynespeed describes makes sense.

 

Mine is set at 65deg. BTDC on the exhaust stroke can you guys check yours and post it ?, I'm looking for the "optimum"setting .

 

Mine are set around 65 also. WE should send this question to the hit man.
