Injector Phase Map

Has anyone played with this map? I'm having a hard time tuning very low loads/rpms and was told playing with this might cure some of my problems.

Hitman mentioned it does very little to affect rotary engine performance.
You're welcome to try and mess with it though.

I tried the phase map and it didn't do anything for me. My problem was popping in the exhaust when coasting down hills in gear at low rpm's ( < 2500). What I did to fix was lower the bar height in those ranges to only inject a small amount of fuel. almost like fuel cut on decel but not quite. I didn't totaly do fuel cut because I premix.

try retarding the timing right there too. the distributor cars do this, @zero throttle they turn off the vaccum advance

ahh... I'll have to give that a try also. I did find a small exhaust leak at the end of my DP that may have helped induce air to the exhaust and cause some of the popping. I'll fix the leak and also retard the timing in high vacuum areas and report back.
Thanks.

I would jack the decel cut below there - I think Haltech default is 1700?

It's really hard to get rid of that popping, since low RPM stuff the 13B likes to run a little rich else it started to hesitate.

I wouldn't worry about no pre-mix.
We've got several cars running pre-mix HARD, and some untimely teardowns show no real sign of wear.

I tried knocking the timing down a bunch (10deg btdc) and it didn't do anything for me. Reducing fuel works like a charm but I can get a slight hesitation during transition from off to on throttle.
