Ignition problems !!!

Hello ,
i'm beginner . i use 4 cylinder engine(piston) and have some problem about ignition set up . Can advise me Plz
I wish to start with "WASTE SPARK" and use "Motronic Trigger"
Now, i have the 36 -2 motronic tooth installed in Crankshaft
How I should set the ignition in ignition set up or Trigger page

P.s. is the missing tooth = Home signal ( #1 @TDC ) ? , please explain

Thanks

Some more details would help for instance which haltech ecu?
Also what 4cyl motor?
36-2 would normally indicate a late Toyota setup.
If it is then you need to also indicate if it's the really late VVT-I setup with the 3-position(phase) cam sensor.

And along with all those details you should also consider these other 2 forums, since this is mainly a Rotary comunity, where as those other forums are for the general Haltech community.
