Ignition problem

I dont have any spark (trailing/Leading). When I use LED to check the signal from the Haltech (right before goes into the ignitor- ignitor conector)... Brown wire or one of trailing shows constant charge (ignition on) .... where other trailing and leading shows no light without and with cranking. I should mention I saw once short blink and after that nothing.... I wonder if there is something wrong with my settings or haltech itself. Could it be short... My cluster gauge shows no mileage reading and after I turn ignition on I see warning lights and 3 -4 seconds later everything disappears... I cant figure out... Little history.. I was able to start the car after haltech installation.. It was running very rich and it would turn off after like 1-2 min.. I found out later that my coolant cor. map was way off. I couldnt test that yet.
Any suggestions would be nice.. and wont be rejected . Thank you

t2 is on because the settings is for 'distributer' mode and not sequential
-- ie ,, it thinks you have stock coils,, so has configured T2 to be an optional output instead

make sure you have the CAS wired correctly,, E8 is changed from the earlier E6
its clear the ECU at least never sees a home pulse,, and hence will not start the ignition sequence

Yesterday I checked connectors on the trigger and home sensor and trigger one was not all the way in... For some reason it doesnt go in easy. I dont have much access there due to belts. Today I will remove belts and make sure its connecting right. After pushing connector a little harder I got spark for like few revolutions and I lost it again...

Im checking my trigger wiring... It seems to be wired correctly (look at the pic). The only thing is my 26 pin connector shows 2 different colors at pin 11 and 14 compared to E8 haltech wiring diagram (14 - black VS blue , 11 grey/red VS red).
Any idea?
Here is how I got it hooked up.
