How do I contact Haltech?
Well, we've deduced the problem with my e6x down to something actually being wrong with it. I've been trying to get a hold of Haltech in Austrailia for a couple weeks now, its getting real frustrating. I've emailed them directly, i've emailed the US rep, I've called during what (I think) is their business hours (8-5 m-f) and just get the voicemail, left voicemail asking them simply to reply in an email as to what I should do to send it to them to be serviced. I just want the damn thing fixed. Thats all.

Why don't you just contact the vendor that sold you the unit?

I bought it secondhand, unfortunately. Probalby should have just manned up and spent the extra cash. Hindsight is always a real clear 20/20. I did get to talk to an AUS rep tonight on the phone. So consider this thread done.

Fun to talk to them, isnt it? Cool accents!
|
what kind of help did they offer?
|
Well, I talked to Matt at Haltech and he had a couple suggestions of things to try before we go through the trouble of sending it in. Real nice guy and hopefully what he said works because I don't want to go through all the trouble and down time that'd be required to send it in. Accents were awesome sounding though, yes.

Yeah, my E6K is down there now, being examined. So far they have been quite a nice bunch.

yeah I might be contacting them soon because I am still have haltech problems myself. I am going to have a forum member look at the car and he deals with haltechs all the time and if he can't get the thing to work I am going to be pissed.
