haltech elite controlling meth

I'm sure people have done it. whats the advantages and disadvantages?
I'm currently running aem controller with flow sensor and gauge. haltech receives the signal from flow sensor to trigger a safety
if I rewire haltech to control pump, do I get rid of the aem controller altogether ? and what output or wire would i use to connector to pump.. thank you!

You'd ditch the controller. You'd use a dpo to either pw the pump, or just turn on the pump and another dpo to pulse a solenoid, and an spi for whatever mode of failsafe you use. Advantages are being able create tables to map wm against things other than boost. Disadvantages are you'd have to actually configure said tables.

You'd want to use the DPO on the haltech to drive a solid state relay that drives the solenoid. Beyond that, the options of how you choose to map out your water/meth injection within the ECU are wide open as you can tie the output to nearly any factor/function you want within the table setup.

The DPO should be able to drive the solenoid by itself, shouldn’t it?
