Haltech 2500/horn

Does anyone know if by having the Haltech 2500 installed the horn wouldn't work? I know the horn works off of the stock CPU. Not sure if something has to be tied into the Haltech or its a separate issue.

the ECU and CPU are two different units, CPU runs the horn, but not the engine.
