Elite battery voltage

Hey all, got kind of a newbie question. Where does the Elite measure battery voltage from on a premium harness? I would assume it's one of the 3 wires that run to the positive battery post, if so what one specifically? I'm trying to see if I have a alternator issue. As I drive and the car warms up it's showing voltage drop from around 14.1v at start up to 13/12.8v after 45 min or so of driving. My alternator is a Bosh stock replacement and has maybe 500 miles on it. So I'm not sure if it's heat soak or I have something else going on.

Thanks
Mike H
