Question E6X spark problem

I have an E6X w/ 2 bar map and the car ran great when I drove it across the country. Upon arrival the car was running rough and after I parked it and tried to restart it would not start again. I replaced the plugs and still no spark except when I turn on the ignition I get one spark and then nothing. I checked all of the fuses and then the harness for grounds and it all checked out fine. What should I check next?? The Haltech was installed by Speedmachineperformance.com and tuned at a dyno shop in San Diego. I am now living in S. Carolina and can not take it back to the original installer for troubleshooting. How can I figure this out myself?? Thanks!!

You should call them first since they should be able to troubleshoot it better than anybody, since they know what has been done.

Other than that, have you measured compression on your engine to see if its good? a cross country trip is sure as hell a lot of abuse on any car.

So you're not getting spark then? One easy way to find the problem is taking your ECU and putting it on a car that has the same ECU as you and loading their map and trying to run it, if the car fires up normally then your ECU is fine and the problem is in your car and not ECU related. The other option is to check for spark, check the setup, check your fuses, and check your coil packs and if there's power going to them.

It is Red and I do not have spark on any of the coils. I have the coil igniter packs off of an LS1 motor, but I bought these brand new when I got the ECU installed.
