E6K erratic spark problems?

before i start the list, ive driven this car 5-10 miles around town being easy on it trying to break the motor in for better/easier starts. but today i went to start and it wouldnt do anything? yesterday it fired up the first time without a glitch? today i fixed some vac leaks, unplugged my CAS pplugged it back in, moved the plug wires further away from the CAS wire and now it wont start. i verified the plug to the CAS was plugged in and clipped 4 times, triple checked plug wires are correct.

here is the problem. with the laptop hooked up to the haltech, i turned off the injector duty, removed plugs and sat them on the shock tower to watch for spark. WHEN it did spark it would only spark a couple times about every 5-10 seconds for 3 second intervals. all its doing now is flooding.

settings:
trigger input: int reluctor
trigger gain: 2

trigger mode addaptive

home input: int. reluctor
home gain: 2
number of teeth: 24
offset 11
(hitman install)
im not sure what happened? but when i see the plugs spark i can hear (so i think it is) he haltech clicking like a relay or something when it sparks, then it stops and just cranks? battery is fully charged also BTW. clean dry plugs were used also.

any ideas?
if anymore info is needed please let me know what you need.
i attached the map im using also.

**edit** i also watched the TACH jump when the plugs would spark. does this sound like a bad coil?? and i cannot verify it was the haltech clicking either. it WAS somewhere in the cab.

Verify connections to the Haltech (power and ground) and maybe see if you can get a datalog of the CAS???

i can do that. i watched the haltech screen it seemed to look fine. it didnt seem to be disconnecting (due to a power down) while cranking. i will verify in the morning. i will also datalog the CAS.

fixed. turned out to be a bad CAS plug. pins were bent. it wasnt getting a good contact between the pins and connectors.
fires right up again!
