Can the E6K maps be converted with all values and settings with the newer E6X. I also cannot find any information on the new E6X windows based software is this in the near, or distant futur?

In the E11 you can upload a e6k map into it.

 

Yes you can import an E6K map into E6X. When you import a screen will pop up that asks you what the software is, hit the coresponding number for E6K and it will import and adjust the maps accordingly to work with E6X. The software from what I know is not out yet, but Haltech is always saying that it is about to be released. Just like they were about to release XP software for the E6K last year, but still haven't.
