um ... what are you wanting to do? I have Haltech w/o stock ECU at all and my gauges work fine including my linearized coolant gauge.

as posted in another thread, only the tach temp gauge, speedo are affected by the haltech?
Are the idiot lights still completely functional as with stock ECU?

Spyfish007, you mentioned in another post that the low level coolant sensor wire should be in the harness that stays in the car with the ignition system. I did my motor, single, and haltech at the same time. GOT CRAZY, and started ripping things apart. Go ahead a laugh. Anyway, I can not find that damn wire for the low level sensor to hook to. I have even gone as far as removing the Buzzer from the black box its in. Crazy huh. I have my dash torn apart, a mitchell complete wiring diagram, and i cant find it for the life of me. ANY HELP??? I know its right there in my face waiting to BITE!

Wink Gauge clster

As I mentioned before,I did my entire installation myself ,and here is what I found ,firstly the wire for the coolant level buzzer is removed with the engine/injection harnes ,it is totally seperate from the ignition harness,if it were there you would have found it running beneth and at the side of the alternator, secondly ,after the install only the oil pressure gauge worked and the instrumen cluster on the whole would be going in and off constantly (lack of a good ground). What needs to be done is find your old harness and locate the part of it that connected to your tranny.,it shoold have about three plugs on the end one blue another orange and I think a grey one ,the other end should terminate in another jack which is blue in color and has about 12 pins in it ,carefully trace all the wires and cut out the harnes then proceede to install it by plugging the tripple plug end of it into the tranny and the other into a blue "female " 12 pin plug loicated inside the car behind the blower motor, within this harness are three black wires two of which would be powered and the third a ground ,you need to connect the ground to a good source and insulate the other two "hot" wires which are not to be used, after this your speedo and all warning lights should work, for the tach . and the temp. gauges you have to run new wires ,the temp sender is located on the left side of the engine block and the tach is connected to the ignition output wire from the HALTECH which goes into the igniter, the other ends are to be connected to the gauges behind th instrument cluster. Also I had to disable my buzzer because I couldn't find the grounding input to it.GOOD LUCK!!!!.
