Capacitor to help save ECU?
Hello. I used to be DEEP into car audio when I had my cavalier a couple years back, and I know how capacitors are pretty much absolutely useless in car audio. (because they get drained in less then like 1/1000th of a second in a powerful system) But I was thinking in a normal car that has no HUGE power drains, do you think a capacitor would help mellow out the power to our haltechs and possibly make things run better and safer? I know it would not protect against spikes, but it would protect against sudden power drops a little bit.
Sorry was just up this morning day dreaming about how to keep my haltech safe... I swear my rx7 is a the same as having a 9 year old kid. Wonder if I should file for child support from mazda? Wait ... would that make me the dad or the mom?
(hehe going to put that in my sig now!)
