Another E6x oddity...

I sent my e6x back to haltech for repair approx. a month ago. Everything went smoothly, got my unit repaired in very quick order and for what I considered to be a very fair price. During the time my ecu was in AUS I had borrowed a friend's who is still in the planning stages for his FD. Everything was fine, running good and reliable up until the point where I attempt to swap my E6x back in having just got it back from repair. Before I had attempted to put my computer back in, i saved my maps to load up. I just swapped the two ecu's out, loaded up my map and figured it'd start right up. I was wrong. It seemed as though it wasn't getting fuel, or something essencial wasn't happening because it wasn't even beginning to catch. I then put put back in my friend's (while still in tuning mode on my laptop) and it does the same thing. Basically nothing. I do have recorded what I considered the essencial settings on the ecu while it was running perfectly, includeing main setup, fuel, trigger and the like. I noticed a couple variances from what Haltech had it set at from what we had it set at previously. I corrected those, still yielding no results. I can get the car to catch and barely, barely run if I disable the injectors upon startup and super lean out what has been a proven map. My question is as follows: what more in depth setting might have haltech changed that would cause it to run so pig rich even on a map that I know is okay? I've gone through the settings probably 10 times not finding anything that would throw it off. I'm lost.

If there are points in this rambling where it didn't make sense, ask me and I'll attempt to explain better. Thanks for your time.

Did you reset the ECU after loading the new map? sometimes it takes a couple of times, turn the ignition switch off then on again.
