WD40 in the keyhole and behind the handle works wonders, mine was very hard to pull now they open very easily after a good spray.

I'd actually recommend pulling off the interior plastic cover as it gives you much more access to the various components that bind overtime. Obviously any lubrication helps, but you can only do so much through the actual keyhole.

Nope, we never ended up making it as another vendor jumped in right before the production run and decimated our list by offering it for 20 cheaper... I don't think they make it any longer and people were having problems with them breaking other plastic pieces because they didnt address the roll pin problem (the real cause of the deteriorating map pocket lids). But sadly, without the numbers, we can't make it because the mold costs are too expensive for only a handful of parts.

I think you guys should do another intrerest thread to see what you can get. Just mension that problem that people have with other map pocket lids and see what happens lol. I would rather buy somthing from you then these other people. I need a lid but dont trust these other people that dont address all problems.

I will be the first on the list if you run another interest thread....
