Oh you're driving around with a gaping hole in your door also? :lol: Me too.

Many of us have had to deal with a broken map pocket lid for years... I even replaced mine with a brand new piece from Mazda only to have it break again 8 months later. I've repaired it with short term success, but another 2 months and it was again broken. Word on the street is that even the plastic replacement may now be NLA from Mazda :( .

So this thread is to gauge how much interest there would be in producing an identical replacement (similar to the door handle we recently released -> https://www.rx7club.com/group-buy-product-dev-fd-rx-7-269/gb-fd-aluminum-passenger-door-handle-sakebomb-garage-922132/ ). Again this is an INTEREST THREAD! As an honest guesstimate, I would assume the price would end up someplace between 200-300. No, it will not be cheap. Yes, it will permanently fix the poorly designed part from mazda, while EXACTLY matching the rest of the door plastics for 93 or 94+ finish cars (and will last the life of your FD!) :nod:

I'd actually be more interested in a sturdier dash vent piece that is EOL and constantly breaking.
