I should have read the whole post before commenting. The reason I say this is because I do composite parts and many people dont understand that making a one off part means making a one off mold which is the most expensive part and much more than you would be willing to spend, unless you just modified one and then painted over it and in CF that pretty much defies the purpose unless he made you one from CF.

Yes I understand that molds need to be made, but I will admit I do not know how the process works so wasn't sure if something as small as making it w/o the brake light is something feasible or not, hence why I asked.

its a pain, especially in CF to get everything to look perfect. In fiberglass no problem because whatever you pull from the mold is not the finished product.

Nevermind. I need to read threads before making dumbass posts. $475 plus shipping. Hmm. I think I am going to get one and add a GT CF wing to it and fix my stock one so I can change flavors whenever I want.

The carbon fiber trunk would have to be built with reinforcements to support the mounting of a large spoiler. You should ask about what they say is acceptable or ask them to modifying the trunk so you can do this.

Dltreezan 12-31-09 09:08 AM

id just mod it myself.

groznyiv 12-31-09 01:36 PM

I would like one as well. It's a perfect compliment to this trunk lid.

Hey this caught my eye and I was scoping out the OP's website...seems a little weird to navigate. I seem to see about 5-6 different CF parts for FC, is that everything?

Rotarded-at-last 01-28-10 11:51 PM

SICK!!! I would like to see pics on a car please.

EvilWankel 02-04-10 02:25 AM

How about more for a SA/FB? Ive got a FB project, seen a couple products there.

I dunno how many pieces can really be replaced with CF on those though.

Good products FTW

no_luck 04-10-10 09:16 PM
