I did have to glue the seal to my sunroof. And just a warning, be vary careful on how much glue you put into the seal groove. I used a standard rubber glue and I put a little too much in the groove. When I applied the seal to the carbon roof, it oozed out along the edges. I used a towel to wipe up the excess, but it didn't come up 100% and the chemical dulled the clear coat along the seal edge. It isn't really bad, but there are a few smudges and flat clear spots now. Just something to rememeber, the less glue the better.

Any pics of it with the sunroof closed?

bought my carbon fiber sunroof locally a while ago. keeping water out is fine, as long as your sunroof holes have proper drainage.
...however its nice glossy clear coat is becoming kind of buffed, anyone know if a certain sandpaper or rub that will clean it up a bit? |
