BC What is this?
I upgraded my turbo and this piece is in the way, so I have to remove it. Does anyone know what this is, and what it's used for, and if it's ok to remove? Can I just plug the holes?

BTW, that was a brainfart... It's the EGR not ACV. Not sure what I was thinking.
