Quick Assembly Question

I haven't had a chance to play with it further..

but when I drop the rear rotor in it's postion

the motor no longer rotates freerly.. the rotor hits the housing and stops.. only turns a few inches in each direction...

when only the front rotor is in it turns fine...

I'm guessing i have the alignment off between the front and rear..

is there any easy or sure way to make sure the 2 of them are aligned correctly (other than the vid)?

Thanks

can't be an alignment issue if you've installed your dowels.

sounds like seals are getting caught on the intake or exhaust ports to me. obviously this is just a guess since i'm not there to see for myself. did you port this engine?

i mean no offense by this, but are you installing the rotor with the gear facing you?

Ottoman, when your trying to rotate the shaft...is the rear stationary gear also in its place?
